Community Poetry

New Mexico Poet Laureate Lauren Camp and the New Mexico Arts Executive Director Michell Laflamme-Childes will host a poetry reading and writing event at 12 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 28, in the Red Brick Building next to Books on Becker. Camp will read a short selection of poems, followed by a poetry open mic. The event will conclude with a crowd-sourced community poem writing exercise.
