Multi Level Scholarship Oratorical Contest Registration

The Rio Communities Optimist Club is sponsoring an oratorical contest to be held on February 27th at Rio Communities City Hall.  The registration deadline for this event is February 21st.  The winning prize is a $500 college scholarship. 

To Participate

• Register by requesting an application from Loedi Silva 505-720-2540 or by email LoediSilvaRealEstate@gmail.com
• You MUST register by 2/21/2025
• Prepare a 4-5 minute speech on “How optimism has guided me through trying times”
• Must be under 19 years old as of 10/1/2024
• Present to Rio Communities Optimist Club, guests, and judges on February 27, 2025
