Join us this Sunday & stop by to see Tomé’s own Santera Eliana Barela is a Traditional New Mexican Santera from Tomé, New Mexico. She explores her faith and culture through her Retablos and oil paintings. Each artwork is a celebration of New Mexico’s beauty and reflects the spirit of its people. Barela has participated in numerous Spanish markets and galleries across the state and is looking forward to showing in her home, Tomé!

We are thrilled to welcome Mariachi Xochitl to Tome as they kick off our fiestas on Sunday, September 8th at 11:30 AM! Their incredible talent and artistry will set the perfect tone for a day of celebration. We can’t wait for everyone to experience the vibrant music and spirit they bring. On Sunday, September 8th, come out and meet a true master of New Mexico’s cultural heritage, Jerry Montoya! With over 30 years of experience, our renowned Santero artist brings spirituality to life through traditional and contemporary art. Specializing in repujado tin work, silver jewelry, and bultos, his creations are a beautiful blend of culture and faith. His work is celebrated in books, museums, churches, and private collections across the globe. Dive into the world of art and spirituality with a Santero who’s been at the heart of it all!

As a 5th generation metalsmith, Jason’s work stands apart with heavier gauge materials and entirely hand-stamped designs—rooted right here in New Mexico.
